You know, folks, we've all been sort of glued to the story of this whole Gilgo case since the arrest of Rex Uerman.

And a lot of us, even in law enforcement, we heard about this task force that was brought in by

retired NYPD chief of department, chief of detective, Rodney Harrison, and a great idea.

However, one of the things that was lost on me and maybe a lot of

people that have followed this case is a lot of this case, of course, took place in Nassau County.

Where does Rex Uleman live? Massapeco Park? What county is that in? That's in Nassau County, right? At least two of the bodies

were recovered in Nassau County. A lot of this case when they talk about the box occurred in

Nassau County. And I happen to know that Nassau County was integrally involved in this case from the very, very beginning.

So when we think of the task force, it was the Suffolk County Police, the Suffolk County DA's office, the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office,

the New York State Police, and the FBI. So five entities. However, there was really six entities.

Nassau County was integrally involved in this investigation from the very beginning. And to see how they were involved and what they were

involved in, we brought in the NASA County Police Commissioner, Pat Ryder. And Pat Ryder is a

38-year veteran of law enforcement. He actually started out on the NYPD in 1984, and he's come up through the ranks of Nassau County.

So he's seen this case from its infancy,
