she had titled a portrait of an artist as a housewife and as she sits down to

begin the memoir she is diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

And everything about her life and the book changes.

And it is a book about receiving that diagnosis and everything that follows.

And the book is published in 1989 which is also the year when Gilda Radner passed
