voicemail line for you, 707-654-4-4693. We didn't have any calls or text on yesterday's show on the Christmas edition because it was crossover Thursday, so we never get calls or text in that, but we will get them today. We'll close out the show and close out the week hearing from you. So 707-654-4-4693, that comes up, segment number three.

1:29.7

Segment number two in Spirit of the Holidays, want to gift the Raiders. Well, have a couple gifts that I'd like to give them and think it'd be very important for the success of this team moving forward. As a matter of fact, think about what you would like to gift the silver and black. if you can gift them anything. Think about what you'd like to gift them. We'll get your feedback. In segment number three, we'll do that on Monday following the game on Sunday against the New York football giant. So think about that in 707-6-5-4-4693. I'll give you my two gifts that I would give the Raiders. I'll do that. Segment number two. Here in segment number one, just news and notes of the day, including the roster moves that the Raiders made earlier in the week. We'll jump into that after I tell you about the title sponsor of the show, which is Fanduel. If you want to be right in the middle of the action all season long, go to fanduil.com and place your NFL live bets. So this actually rolled out on Wednesday, didn't really get to talk about it in great detail on the Thursday show because it was crossover Thursday. So myself and Patricia Traynor broke down the 2 and 13 Giants and the 2 and 13 Raiders as they get ready to square up coming up on Sunday at Allegiance Stadium. But on Wednesday, Tom Pelliserra from the NFL Network tweeted out the Raiders are placed in Star Tide-in. Brock Bowers on injured reserve today officially ending his season. Bowers has dealt with the knee injury since week one. With the playoffs long out of reach, the decision was made to get it taken care of now and focus on being 100% in 2026. He also said Jeremy Chin, their safety, is being shut down for the season as well. And then the Raiders made it official a little bit later on in the afternoon. They put out the statement and the tweet.

2:35.9

Plays tight-in, Brock Bowers and safety Jeremy Chin on the reserve injured list.

2:39.6

And in their season, they signed safety, Terrell Edmonds and wide receiver Shedric

2:42.7

Jackson to the active roster and then sign long snapper Luke Elkin and tackle Joshua

2:47.6

Miles to the practice squad.

2:49.6

So Edmonds and Jackson are now going to be on the 53-man roster the rest of the way, the final two weeks of the season. And look, I mean, the coaching staff, we talk about it all the time, the players in the locker room, they're always going to want to win these games. But there's ways that the front office can influence who's actually out there, who's getting the action and who's not. taking Brock Bowers and putting him on IR ensures that that number one weapon for the Raiders offense will not be out there, right? So that's a way of saying, okay, you're going to have to take a look at these younger guys and also, I'll say, compromises the team from their chances of winning, but it decreases their chance of winning for sure. And then obviously Jeremy Chin has been a key cog on that Raiders defense, and he has a two-year contract,

3:28.6

so most likely he'll be back in 2026. Go over the injury report real quick for Wednesday and

3:34.4

Thursday. Thursday was Christmas, and it wasn't a real practice. It was just an estimation, so just

3:39.2

understand that. But I'll go over really quickly

3:41.3

for the Raiders and the Giants. For the Raiders, Max Crosby, been dealing with the knee injury. It's going to be interesting to see what they do with him on Sunday. I have no doubt that he's going to play. He's a guy that wants to be out there all the time. He wants to play the whole game. I'm interested to see if they're going to actually limit his snaps,

3:58.4

if they're going to let him play 100% of the snaps like he normally does, or if they're going to say, hey, let's scale it back a little bit. But he dealing with the knee injury was a DMP on Wednesday and Thursday, did not participate, which has kind of been par for the course the last few weeks. Tyler Lockett, the wide receiver dealing with the wrist injury, Wednesday and Thursday, full participant, so he's good to go for Sunday. Colton Miller is one that I've been paying attention to. Keep thinking that Pete Carroll is going to try to get him in the mix earlier when we talked to him this week. He said that, you know, we wanted to see what Colton Miller was going to be able to do. They're going to ramp him up at practice. well, they haven't ramped him up. He's been limited on Wednesday and Thursday. So I would not be shocked to see him not play again this season. But like I said, Pete Carroll keeps saying that they're trying to get him ramped up to play again this season. So that's kind of one of those TBD situations if he's going to end up going or not. Here's a pretty significant one. Rahim Moster, dealing with an ankle and a knee injury, DMP on Wednesday and DMP on Thursday. If you remember, he left the game on Sunday against the Texans on a kick return, and he got banged up, and you saw him limping off the field, and it was a pretty significant limp. So knowing that those two injuries right there, ankle and knee is what he's dealing with, would not be shocked and not see him play on Sunday and end up seeing him inactive. And so that would put, you know, Ashton Genties running back one, would they put Dylan Lauby in there, would they bring Samir White back? You know, a couple questions there when it comes to the running back position. but like I said, I would not be shocked at all to see him inactive coming up on Sunday. And then this was a good one for the Raiders, Caleb Rogers, who left the game on Sunday with a quad injury, was limited on Wednesday, but full participant on Thursday. Remember, it was just an estimation. But to know that they estimated him at a full participant, that's good. That just means that he's trending in the right way.

5:38.8

He's the guy that you want to see out there for the final two games of the regular season.

5:43.1

So not too bad when it comes to the injury report for the Raiders.

5:46.1

For the G-Men, they have a long list of guys that are on the list and guys that did not participate.

5:52.9

All these guys did not participate.
