Well, episode 26 and we're in the midst of September.

And what a, what better month than September to start talking about Christmas?

I kind of hate myself that I'm the person talking about Christmas in September.

But that's exactly what we talk about, actually, in this episode today.

I got a message on Facebook from a listener, Natalie, who asked some really good questions about

Christmas.

And, I mean, well, I was kind of loath to talk about it this early in the year.

I think it's actually kind of important because people are in the States,

kids are back at school and after the holidays here in Australia's school holidays,

which are about to start people going to start thinking about Christmas.

And I guess to

do it simple and slow or to at least start making changes towards that you do need to put a bit

of thought and effort into it so that's why we're talking Christmas today please don't hate

me but I've actually I actually asked Sabelle Masterman back to do today's show with me because
