I'm Dan Schneier. I'm joined, as as always by my co-host, Nick Turchin. It's been a while since our last podcast, and I'm just happy to be back and getting into this again. This podcast has become my passion. It's become my favorite outlet for my sports content, for my creativity. It's become an event that I quite frankly

look forward to on a weekly basis. And for those who need a little bit of catching up,

after I took my first extended vacation in probably 24 months, it was an 18-day trip out west.

I came back to a new job. I'll no longer be covering the New York Giants for 24-7 sports.

And I'm now an NFL editor for CBS Sports.

Really excited about this job. Today was day three for me. This role has been super exciting so far. It's been a challenge. It's something different. And I still get to write about the Giants whenever I want to. It's kind of my choice now, which is pretty, pretty nice. And I have some cool things in store for my coverage of the Giants on CBS Sports for this season. But Nick, he's also been busy. And he's got big things brewing as well for the 2019 NFL season. Unfortunately, they have to remain a little hush-hush for now. Needless to say, keep an eye on him moving forward. For now, I get the luxury of having Nick continue to join me for this podcast.
