and laughing after a game like that, but it's just because Nick said something really funny

to me before the podcast. So maybe repeat it, Nick, because I think the fans will enjoy it.

Oh, what did you, uh, did you call me for something? I was turning my audio off, uh, because the YouTube started playing and I double heard Dan Schneier. And I don't need to double hear Dan Schneier. Yeah, nobody needs to double here, Dan Schneier. But I was just saying you said something funny to me before the pod that made me laugh.

We shouldn't be laughing after a game like that, But you made me laugh because you're talking about. I could recap it. But Nick was basically like, O'Caricay punched the ball. You could say it. Oh, yeah. No, I was just talking about like how I had no hope, even though what was happening on the field would suggest a giant fan should have. Right. Hope, right? Like, O'Kareké punched the ball out. And I was like, probably still isn't going to happen. And then the Giants got the ball back. And I was like, no, definitely not. And then there was the past the Theo Johnson up the scene. And I was like, still probably not. And then there was the interception. I like vindicated I'm right we could not do it and that's unfortunate and I take no joy in

that way however it's actually really depressing but at this point we're halfway through the

season ladies and gentlemen this is what the giants are relegated to once again what else

can we do but laugh yeah no it just it's we're not, you know,

Nick wasn't taking joy and feeling vindicated. It's just funny to me that he was like, big pass, probably not. Bobo, probably not. And that's just how we felt. We've just felt like we're probably not going to do it. And I had no confidence that the Giants are going to make a comeback despite a couple big plays.

And what's sad,

honestly, Nick,

some of the best throws I've seen Daniel, I had no confidence that the Giants are going to make a comeback despite a couple big plays.

And what's sad, honestly, Nick, some of the best throws I've seen Daniel Jones make this season were in this game.

We never see that from him.

The neighbor's sideline throw a few passes later or maybe the very next pass, very nice throw by him.

Really good timing, ball placement, the Slaten ball earlier. Even the throw to neighbors where it should have been P.I was a pretty good ball for him. But in the end, the job just doesn't get done when it comes to the Giants. And we've been accustomed to all these losses, man. And even when we feel like we have an opportunity presented by O'Caricay or whoever it may be,

it just doesn't feel like we're going to get the job done. And we just don't get the job done often. We did it against Green Bay in 2022 once. And, you know, maybe against Minnesota. There's a few examples over a six-year sample size. But you're not looking for a few examples over six-year samples. I think Eli Manning in 2011 had like eight fourth quarter comeback winning drives in one season.

And we're talking about maybe two, three, four in the entirety of this Daniel Jones career as we kind of toil away to another two and six season here, Nick.
