We find out after the show, courtesy of a report out of Kansas City, that the chiefs were also considering an offer from the New York Giants.

Now, we don't know what the Giants were offering.

But I would say based on that report, that they were offering something significant.

Maybe it was next year's first round pick. I doubt it would have been this because it was a five. It shows you that John Harbaugh, Joe Shane, Dona Ponty, whoever you want to give credit to, I don't care. We'll just call them the Giants. The Triumphant of Giants, power brokers. They're going to be aggressive. Of course. Now, you don't get credit for being close.

You've got to pull guys in, but this would have been a big, big get if they made this trade.

And Tremaine Edmonds, who we talked about from the linebacker position as a trade for the Chicago Bears.

Who knows where that's going?

We haven't seen much movement on that, really, from anybody with Tremaine.

But they just released Bobby O'Caricay.

And I doubt they're signing McFadden anytime soon in free agents.

It's not like he's the desired linebacker free agent right now.

And so they have to fill this roster.

And you can't just do it through the draft.

So the answer is yes.
