I'm Cole Kuiper here with Alex Pavlovich, and we have a very special episode here as we brave another MLB lockout episode of Giant Stock.

We brought a guest in, Will Bednar, Giants' first round draft pick, future bullpen stud of the San Francisco Giants.

Starting rotation stud, top of the rotation. There we go. His brother is the bullpen

stud. His brother's the reliever. But we've been excited to talk to him because, you know,

faces like this could be the guys we're going out and seeing day in, day out in the giants of the future.

So Alex, like you said, his brother's a pitcher.

He's with the pirates.

We talked about him with Will a few episodes ago.

And I don't know, did you have any relationship with Will before,

with Bednar before this?

No, I think I was out of town when he came into um

to do the whole thing that they always do that meet the meet the first rounder come and sit in the

dugout take a dramatic photo um that's always a fun day sit in the first row with larry bear get

shown on the story you know the whole the whole routine um i don't know where i was that weekend but

i wasn't there so my first time talking to him and i thought it was a really fun interview with will

and also just you know somebody who like look potentially likely if everything goes according to
