Because a caller called in and mentioned it, and we said, did you get that from us? Because back in October during the postseason, we noticed Dominguez taking infield at third base, and we were all like, what's going on? Our official archivist of Evidentiki, Dan, has found the audio of us breaking down Jason Dominguez at third base from October 8th of this past year. That's awesome. Here you go. Take a listen. I have to commend the New York Yankees. There are three gentlemen, and the only one I fully recognize is Ahmed Rosario, but three guys are taking very early infield. That's Ahmad Rosario. It's Oswaldo's right. And I got nervous at first because I thought it was Caballero and I picked up on that Stominguez taking ground as a third. He botched three. Me, he's a three groundwork. Yeah, we're like, what the heck is he doing? Well, I mean, give him credit.

Like, the kid doesn't even play.

He's just like, let me stay ready.

So that's the history of Jason Dominguez at third base. The last 24 hours has been very strange because Joe Shane met the media, I guess, right around 2, 3 o'clock as we get ready for the NFL draft. And initially, before he took any questions, he said, I want to address the Dexter Lawrence situation.

And so Joe Shane preemptively said, here's the update. So if you missed it, this was from a little bit less than 24 hours ago, Joe Shane, unprompted, addressing the latest on Dexter Lawrence.

We've had good conversations with his representatives throughout the last five or six days,

Coach Dawn, myself, we've all been a communication, you know, trying to find some resolution.

I'll echo what coach said last week, you know, we'd like for Dexter to be here.

And at some point, we'll come to a resolution here.

Whatever that may be, we'll see. But conversations have been really good. They've been productive. And again, we'll see what happens here down the road. But I'm not going to say any more about it after that. But that's the update. That's really all there is. I thought it was really interesting because, A, he talked about we're all in contact, himself, Dawn, Aponte, and John Harbaal, so all three of them. And the fact there are discussions led me to think, oh, they're actually talking about a new contract. Right. So I thought what he said was very newsworthy. And then eight hours later, like not even a full day later, Ian Rappaport, who I think we all pretty much trust as a reporter.

But then again, no idea who he's sleeping with.
