back in beautiful San Francisco. Nicely hydrated San Francisco joined this week. I am words

backwards. Brad Shumaker is here. You got that coconut water in your man. I just, I didn't

even realize that I hadn't had any coconut water while I was in LA until I got home and

I was, I was driving back from the airport and the fiancee was sending texts about like,

what do you want for dinner? Do you want anything ready for you at the house? Oh shit. I don't

have any fucking coconut water. How did I survive? This is why this is why my pee looked

weird the entire time I was in LA. So I was, yeah, got home. There's like six big fat

cans chilling on the fridge waiting for me. Hydration is important. It really is nature's

sports drink. And it's the first thing to go during E3. Hydrate, like forget being hung

over or tired or, you know, your feet and legs hurting. It's that hydration is the, is

the very, you forget to drink water. And that is the first step towards you feeling you

shitty for the rest of the week. For me, it's consuming as much caffeine as possible,

which naturally kind of makes you excrete a lot of the liquid. Oh, yeah. No, diuretic

like a motherfucker for sure. It's bad. Yeah. No, Jeff Gersman. Hey, Ryan, it's great
