1:12.0	So if you haven't heard already, the two main guys, the two heads of Infinity Ward, Jason Weston, Vince Zampella, are no longer with the company.
1:23.0	That's right. This is a Patrick Clepick over G4 broke the story. It's been following it really well as well.
1:31.0	It sounds like Activision came in Monday night, or I guess sometime Monday had a meeting with those guys and they were never seen after that.
1:42.0	And then security guards at some point showed up later on.
1:46.0	But security guards that would not say why they were there. Why they're there who they worked for at the Infinity Ward office.
1:52.0	And since then, we've had some Facebook confirmations and some LinkedIn profile updates from both West and Zampella confirming that they are no longer with the company.
2:05.0	There was also the Activision's annual report. It's 10k filing has a bit in there saying they're concluding an investigation that I should actually probably just load that up and read it verbatim just to make sure I've got it right.
2:20.0	This is like real important. This is real actual. This isn't just fuck around guys.

2:31.0	The company is concluding an internal human resources inquiry into breaches of contract and insubordination by two senior employees at Infinity Ward.
2:38.0	This matter is expected to involve the departure of key personnel and litigation at present. The company does not expect this matter to have a material impact on the company.
