Every time it's like a 45 minutes Brad that you are energetic because in the mornings is like, oh, it's too early.

Oh, it's after lunch. It's like, while you're waiting to get your lunch, when you're waiting, it happens. It happens at about 3.30 a.m.

The problem is I'm always asleep. You start kicking the sheets.

Just wait up your jaw clenched. Yeah, my dreams for those 45 minutes. Man, you have no idea. Intense. Intense. He gets several days worth of work done.

And then a little like restraining device on the back of your neck kicks in.

Well, you need is a big ass cup of coffee like I've got. I'll see you later. I already had it. Well, then what you need is two containers of stoke to add to your coffee.

They have these at the 7-11. They're right next to like the creamers. They're in this little kind of creamer caddy thing they have there.

These are not from St. Ireland. No, no, these are from 7-11. Nothing Swedish about these.

If you notice, if you notice, and I know this plays very well on a podcast, but the color scheme on the stoke is exactly like this Swedish gentleman's lab magazine.
