Hey guys and welcome back to another episode of Gia Diaries.

There is lots to unpack.

So let's start off with the biggest news that I am opening up a restaurant.

I know this was probably pretty shocking to most, but this has been a dream of my families for so long.

I was raised in a big Italian family where food is everything.

I grew up with the most amazing home-cooked meals every single day, and I am just so excited to now build out my family's

legacy with something that we love so much, which is food. We are bringing a very exciting,

fun, hot, loungy restaurant to the New Jersey area in Westwood. I have an amazing partner,

Maria, and of course my mom is overseeing everything, helping with the decor, the food, making

sure everything tastes amazing. And if you know us, food is very near and dear to our hearts and I would never serve something

that isn't incredible. So there is a lot of exciting things coming in spring of 2026.

Maria is absolutely amazing who is my partner in this restaurant. Construction is happening.

Tiling is literally being put on the floors today.

And I am so excited for you guys to see our vision come to light.

And yeah, there is going to be a rooftop.

So it's going to be amazing for spring and summer vibes.

We're going to have a DJ.

The grand opening is going to be amazing.

And I really cannot wait to bring this energy to the New Jersey area. I feel like New Jersey
