my phone down you know I set my alarm put the phone down I don't pick it up again. I leave it alone. And I'm in before I go to bed. Like, I don't sleep with the TV on. I don't do any of that stuff. So it's just one of those things. It's weird because what helps me when I'm in that is like I literally watch old wrestling on my phone and I usually

conk out very quickly because there's something about the hearing this it's the sound I sometimes

I don't even look I put the phone down and just hear it there's some weird thing in my brain of like

childhood comfort that it like puts me to sleep.

So like so even though I know it's not a good idea to do digital stuff, for me it ends up kind of working.
