0:48.5	10 per credit score theoretically 20 per married couple but you know what do you do after that? Like what if you are acquiring more property than what you can get conventional financing for?
0:58.8	Well there's this whole other world of lending that introduces mortgage products that allow you to
1:05.7	purchase more property with leverage, with financing, to a theoretical or hypothetical unlimited number of loans.
