through your career and how you ended up at Hyatt and the role that you're in?

Certainly. I've had the benefit of working in the space of loyalty, albeit not always in hotel loyalty for most of my career.

And I often talk about trying to bring the point where math and marketing come together to help create value for the consumer that's being served.

And I started working in hotels at Starwood in 2003.

I spent some time there and I joined Hyatt about a year ago, exactly almost, here with great

brands, passionate members and trying to, as you mentioned, continue to evolve in ways by listening
