Summary
The job market is HOT right now! Unemployment is basically at all time lows sitting at 3.7% with a surprising 353,000 jobs added last month. But that doesn’t mean everyone is happy with their jobs- a recent poll showed that about 60% of workers were planning to leave their jobs by the end of the year! And regardless if it’s because they’re not getting paid enough, or because the work isn’t a good fit, we’re excited to be joined by career coach Eliana Goldstein. She brings a deep understanding of both the personal and professional challenges individuals face in their careers. Eliana works to empower her clients to discover their true potential, guiding them through personalized strategies to achieve their career goals. Today we discuss the red flags that signal it’s time to start looking for a new job, how frequently you should consider job hopping, THE number one source for finding a new job, a few answers you should always be prepared to answer during an interview, the best ways to make yourself visible when working from home, and much more!
