So skip tracing is 15 cents a lead. And so you're going to have to skip trace that whole 10,000 set to get and you're going to spend $1,500 and you're not going to get a deal yet, right? Because the average cost per contract is $3,000. And so you're going to need to call two of those lists, right? |
