from Orange is the New Black, or her incredible book,

in the country we love, My Family Divided.

She is about to help blow our minds and really open up our senses

to a experience that so many Americans face that we don't hear about in the perspective and the importance of

I was so nervous at the end of the year.

Like last year I wasn't as much and this year I was like,

I was just like edgy you look great thank you and I saw I saw you

and I saw you and I go oh my God it was so great to see you because I felt like I

went and I get scared at those events and I do the red carpet and then I hate myself

because I'm like where was your confidence batch?

You know and I'm just like where where and then I just try to like look for people that I

know and I didn't know you but I know that I was doing

This podcast I was like hello I like that honestly coming up to you was like so hard for me

Like I have like quick anxiety.

I have really intense anxiety around like certain issues or certain things for sure.
