  8. My baby sleeps great at night (6 hour stretches) but during the day his naps are awful. When will the day time sleep get better?

and all of that good stuff. I was totally unprepared with Walter

I really just wish someone had told me exactly what newborn sleep looks like and why babies do what they do and what I can do about it. I feel like

I would have had so much less anxiety. I probably would have slept a heck of a lot better
