It's me, Niy Shobo.

I had a great conversation with my daughter the other day.

And she's got a particular challenge that she's been dealing with

for a while and that I've been telling her about and I've been reminding her about.

And she's been ignoring it. She's 13. and that I've been telling her about and I've been reminding her about.

And she's been ignoring it.

She's 13, 8th grade, got a lot of challenges, you know, typical things for an 8th grade girl challenges that they go through at this stage of their life.

But this problem was not going away.

And I was telling her that.

And so I was really happy the other day,

stayed up really late, almost like 1 o'clock,

helping her map out a particular solution to this particular problem.

But it got me thinking, and I think about how this applies to me,

how this applies to you, how this applies to you,

whatever stage of growth that you're at, whatever sports you play, whatever business that you're in,

whatever game you play, because at the end of the day, we all got a game that we're playing, right?

And the idea was this.

Anytime there was a problem or challenges, a challenge that I was confronted with,

that challenge or problem never went away on its own.

Never.

Now, it might have disappeared for a little bit, but it always showed its face again,
