So the California Democrat gerrymandering plan is headed toward the ballot.

The legislator passed and the governor signed legislation yesterday to place the redrawn

gerrymandered congressional map on the November 4th ballot, and the proposition will be called Prop 50.

Something tells me we're going to hear a lot about Prop 50 in my mailbox

and on the radio and on television. And it's already raised $13 million. So the political

fight is on. California State Assembly member Tom Lockhe joins us. Assembly member, thank you

for coming on. I mean, we've got to get to work.

It's all going to be about no on 50, I suspect.

Well, it's clearly going to be a battle, and it's one that's really worth fighting.

And I believe as long as the people really understand the wording of the proposition,

because I do believe that the title summary is going to be very misleading.

Because way too often on these propositions, yes means no and no means yes.

And so we've got to make sure our public understands what a mess we're proposing.

Do you think they will go so far as to pull that trick?

We're voting no means yes.
