Hello, my dear little podcasters, I have missed you and I know you're thinking yes it's that time where we all get to be

together again this podcast is like my social life I don't think you quite understand.

This is like the highlight of my week when I get to speak with you all.

So it's me again, Gemma. I'm back with you on the podcast and I just want to say I hope you're

all having a really good week. I'm at home today, I'm doing a bit of housework and yeah, so

if you can hear anything going on in the background I'm just

pottering around the house oh yeah the washing does if you can hear that that's the

washing machine in the background I'm obsessed with washing. Does anyone like washing? I love the smell of it and it's all

about putting your bed sheets on a 90 wash. So I am doing my chores but I am here with you on the podcast and I just want to say I hope

we're all having a good week I'm feeling as we're getting closer to spring things are really starting to move

spiritually especially in nature I've been doing a lot of walks recently and I mean I've

been going out in the rain, the wind, nothing is going to stop me from getting

to the elements of nature and I've got to say it has been wonderful. I see the little daffodils coming up and the

snow drops and you just get that real sense that things are starting to move now

because spring is on its way.

So as you know or didn't know last week I went on a spooky ghostwalk.
