Welcome back to Operation Self-Reset.

My name is Jake and Rocky coming to live from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

And if you notice today, there is no intro music.

My main computer is broken.

My internet, for some other reason, is not working.

So I'm really pulling at straws here with creating an episode for you guys.

Now, if you know anything about me, I try to

keep all of these episodes current to relate, you know, some world events, other things that

are going on out there in the abyss. Well, unfortunately, I think this interview from 2014

kind of fell through the cracks. I can't find it in my archive of stuff.

The individual I interviewed, his name was Jamie Smart, he wrote a book called Clarity,

helping us kind of clear out the junk to enhance our performance in our general life.

And after we listen to it, you know what, there's a lot of good points in here that I felt

was maybe needed to bring out again or just to distribute

out there.

So with that being said, it's a long interview.
