She's in Berlin, and I go again to a remarks by the Chancellor of

Germany, Mr Schultz, made these remarks in these last days in Frankfurt.

German Chancellor Olaf Schultz's governing coalition has agreed in principle to double the country's military aid for Ukraine next year to 8 billion euros.

If approved by Parliament, Mr Schultz's parties hold a majority in Parliament, the boost

would lift Germany's defense spending to 2.1% of its gross domestic product.

A spokesperson for Germany's Ministry of Defense said the Bundestag, that's the German Parliament or Congress,

has not finished negotiations and declined to comment further about this ambition.

Judy, this is strong support for Ukraine.

At the same time, I report to you that support for Ukraine

is at sea in Washington, D.C.

and it's not at all clear that it can come back to the levels it
