| 1:02.9 | wait time in Georgia after polls were scheduled to close was six minutes in neighborhoods that |
| 1:07.2 | were at least 90% white and 51 minutes in places that were at least 90% non-white. |
| 1:13.2 | And yet still, despite this disparity, the precincts with the highest percentage of black |
| 1:17.5 | voters had polling places eliminated in the last election. |
| 1:21.7 | Every step of the process is deliberately crafted to make things difficult for minorities |
