Summary

George Lucas wanted Padme to kill Anakin with a knife on Mustafar. Today we explore an alternate concept that George had for the Revenge of the Sith’s climactic ending. Padme could have easily felt that Anakin had fallen too far to the Dark Side. Her only hope for herself, her unborn children and the fate of the galaxy as a whole was to try and stop Anakin herself.
