I don't think he's going to have to.

I watch the initial hearing today, and it looks like the judge is going to cut him some slack.

Kind of slack that, you know, you or I wouldn't have gotten.

I've given a few depositions over the years, and I would never even think about trying to pull something like this.

But then again, I'm not a crooked state cop from who used to drive drunk in my state police cruiser and bragged about planting cocaine on defendants.
