One thing most of us don’t consider is how our food choices affect our brain. In this episode, Jon and Megan are joined by NY Times bestselling author Max Lugavere whose new book Genius Foods: Become Smarter, Happier, and More Productive While Protecting Your Brain for Life uncovers just how much of an impact our food choices have on our brain health and how the right choices can have an immediate, and lasting, effect.
