Summary

In Genesis 21, it appears that, after Abraham and Sarah's promised son, Isaac, comes, life will settle down and they'll be able to enjoy this life that God has blessed them with. But, in Genesis 22, God puts Abraham to the ultimate test of faith and, spoiler alert, he passes the test, leading to blessing for not only him and his immediate family but future generations of his family, through which will ultimately come Jesus.

0:38.5	Christian but it takes a lot of faith to be a Christian parent
0:41.9	amen there's faith and then there's parental lot of faith to be a Christian parent. Amen.
0:42.9	There's faith and then there's parental faith
0:45.3	and then there's raising a son faith.
0:47.1	That's varsity faith.
0:48.8	It takes more faith to raise the boy,
0:50.5	amen.
0:51.3	How many do you look at a daughter?
0:52.4	You're like, oh, I can see. This at a daughter? You're like, oh I could see this has got a boy, you're like, oh no, oh no, Lord help please.
0:57.6	And so what we're seeing today is they're raising their son.
