All right, my guest today on the A-Game Podcast is Alicia Jarrett. She is calling from Melbourne

Australia and she runs an entirely virtual team and business, flipping land, selling properties

all over the country specifically in the Florida market. So she goes into a ton of different things

on A, how she is doing that, and B, how she decided to do that. What got her into real estate,

why does she decide on US real estate? How did she then pick where she wanted to invest from the

state, to the village, to the city, to all those different things that go into those key points

and metrics? So I think it's really interesting because people are scared to remotely invest from

all over the country, whether it's next door to them, different county, different side of town,

different zip code, and she's doing it from all the way across the world. And I think the decision

making is a really important piece of what factor she really dives into to break down where to go

and where not to go. And that process, I think, is a good practice for everybody who listens to this,

to really just figure out how to make macro decisions and then turn those into micro decisions,

and how to then measure those decisions after you make them to see what tracks you're on and

what tracks are wrong. Because even when you pick the right city and state, then where do you go

within them? Do you want to make a left? Do you want to make a right? How do you get to them exactly

where you want to go? And then how do you know when it's time to leave? So all the discussions we

have during this, I think, are excellent for investors of all shapes and sizes, whether you're starting

out, whether you're international, whether you're domestic, whether you're doing land, flipping,
