He is also the founder of Good Light, the Skincare brand, which I am loving at the moment.

The reason why David is joining us today is because we want to touch on a little bit

about, um, gender, I guess, and gender identity within, um, the beauty space, not just

skin care, um, not just makeup, but it goes a bit deeper as far as, you know, why we have

in place the kind of, um, gender stereotypes and roles we have in beauty.

And I think the thing we both liked about Good Light as well, the Skincare brand is when

you look at that, and again, we talk about it in this, but when you look at the advertising

and the products itself, it doesn't feel like it feels like everyone's included and

we do talk about that a little bit later on.
