There's a photograph accompanying your piece in the tablet of what we presume to be sympathetic present. your war. Your article, however, takes us in a different direction. What do we need to know about

what appears to be distortions of fact? Good evening to you.

It's a great question. I'll start by saying what has been said and why what has

been said is wrong and why it's so important to address that. So what has been said

is that there's over 30,000 casualties, Palestinian casualties in Gaza in the past war and the ongoing war.

And more importantly, I think, is that 30,000 of those 30,000, over 70% of them are women and children.

And what this has done is it's created the impression in the public and the media widespread that Israel is failing in its mission to attack Hamas and defeat Hamas and what they are succeeding in, it's unintentional, but this is the claim, is essentially murdering

civilians with no amount of proportionate military advantage.

So this is what's been said.

Israel of course reports that they have actually killed

13,000 Hamas fighters.

And in fact, somewhat recently, Hamas has admitted

that they've lost 6,000 of their own fighters.

So as a statistician, I hear this information, and I realize that something has to be wrong.
