Defense of Democracy and also an adjunct fellow at the Foundation, Seth Fransman, who's the senior correspondent for the

Gaza War now for the Jerusalem Post.

Seth, I divide Gaza into three rough pieces, the north, Gaza City, and the neighborhoods.

The center, Kagnunus, the refugee camp, migrant camp, said to be, where Hamas leadership is now parked in tunnels beneath.

And then Raffak and the Raffa crossing in the south where we're told the bulk of the refugees from the north are now camping out.

Gaza City itself looks still to be a combat zone and will be for some weeks.

What can you tell us about the IDF efforts in Gaza City?

Because it's very difficult to understand and to view from the outside the scale of the IDF operation.

That is where the tragedy of the shooting of three presumed escaped hostages

took place.

What does it look like for the IDF?

Is this the roughest part of the Gaza Strip?
