We start in Gaza.

There has been more violence today near the new aid distribution centre,

run by a controversial new agency, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation,

or GFF, which is backed by Israel and the United States. Reports from Gaza say from the civil

defence agency say six Palestinians were killed and several wounded by Israeli gunfire.

The Israeli military says it did fire warning shots at suspects, it said, who approached them

in a threatening manner.

Over the past week, dozens of people have been killed while trying to reach these new aid hubs.

The organisation running the facilities, which has faced international criticism,

says it's paused operations to deal with overcrowding and to improve safety.

And there's also been more violence across Gaza today.

Let's go to Jerusalem to join our correspondent Barbara Plet-Ushar.

Barbara, are there more details about what happened today?

Because it seems that there is violence almost every time there is

a distribution of aid by GFF?

That's a fair question, Lees.

It's a particular aid distribution site where the violence has taken place or most of the violence

has taken place.
