in search of Johan and vault 40.

However, as they made a pick stop at the white razors' encampments, they found it to be empty.

Tending to the lone, poor soul they left behind, he that the bite-raisers all picked up and headed east.

After setting off themselves, they discovered a mound where potential battles had taken place.

They were hailed down by a man who had taken item to a museum nearby.

And so as we get back into it, there's a man standing across from you, as I described, uh, previously, a man in sort of a very tattered, very worn, uh, parca.

He's got like a sleeveless hoodie underneath. He's wearing jeans and a belt.

Um, looks very well traveled individual.

Um, on his head, actually, uh, head with, uh, sort of wavy, dark hair peeking out from underneath a hat.

The hat itself looks rather strange.

It's got some sort of like feathers tucked into the brim of the hat.

There's a large white W in the center that looks incredibly faded over time.

Decorated in much the same manner as your skull, actually, Apex.
