Why, after this loss, is Bill Belichick head coach so defiant in his support for Cam Newton. Like wouldn't you maybe want to see what you have in the kid, Jared Sted? Hey, good afternoon. Hey, this question is for Gasper, really. You talk about ego within the Patriots team and everyone's got to put their ego to the side. Why doesn't Belichick have to and why

isn't he held accountable for not putting his ego aside? That's a great question. I think that

in Bill's mind, he has put his ego aside. I think that he sees himself as egoless. I don't

think any of us are egosless, by the way. But I think in his mind, he feels like, you know, he has done that. I would argue he has not. I think if he had the quarterback you had before would still be here. So you get, good question. You get more dug in as you get older. And it does feel like Bill is dug in, right? And he had that thing with Urban Meyer some years ago, whatever that symposium was, where he said, I just want to coach guys that I like.
