I grew up in the world of flight.

Aircraft design and an airport culture, okay?

From childhood, my expectation was that I would study engineering, which he later did, by the way, and learned to fly. And during his youth, the world

included being in the company of men who operated government research and development programs,

some of which were highly classified.

Oh, yes, folks, there are those out there.

And in their conversations, they also spoke of having experienced the reality of mysterious aerial phenomena.

UFOs, aliens, strange craft, supernatural, natural.

He wondered, he said.

Okay, now, while in engineering school, he felt called to try his skills as a writer.

So he added studies in linguistics, language, including, I will say, Greek and literary analysis.
