Perhaps you were first introduced to him as, quote, Brad Goreski's boyfriend, now husband,

it's a Brad Brad world or the Rachel Zo project, but it turns out that Brad's boyfriend

was actually one of the most successful sitcom writers in Hollywood.

All along, Gary was a writer and executive producer on Willing Grace, Family Guy, and even

got his own HBO Max show based on his cult Instagram cartoons of Prince George.

He is the author of two memoirs, his first do you mind if I cancel, and his second is

out this week titled, Start Without Me, hi Gary Genetti, hi Jess, you are a true New

Yorker, you are a boy from Queens, I thought it was hilarious the other day you were walking

on the streets of New York City and you say to your followers, listen, I'm doing appearances,

Jersey, wherever you were doing, like Jersey in New York, I'm doing, yeah, Manhattan

and Brooklyn.

You're like, you better come to these, you go, you go, I am never doing this again.

I am never.

Was this a reaction to battling the elements of the city or truly you are never doing this

again?

No, no, no, I'm there, I know the elements of the city, no, no, it was a reaction to

it's all like I'm going, when I do something, I like give all hundred and fifty percent,

so like I'm really, because people are sometimes, you know, because of my persona is a little

bit like anti social, but when I am social, like I do it, I don't do, I don't do things

halfway.
