Bit of a different episode today. It's all going to be chat about my new album,

A Hundred Reasons to Live. I'm going to be playing you a little sample of each track,

but for full disclosure, it's going to be more talk than music today. So if you are

interested in hearing a bit more about the album, I think you're going to get a lot out today's episodes, but if you're about to start your workout and you're looking for some energy, I would

instead listen to last week's episode instead. So with that disclaimer out of the way, I am here with

a co-host for the first time in EFL history, I think, by the name of Roxanne Emery. And just to

introduce Roxanne, for those who that don't introduce her, just to introduce Roxanne for those

you that don't know her, she co-wrote three of the tracks on the new album, helped discover a lot

of the featured vocalists. And as a member of my management team worked extremely hard on the

release of the album. And to answer a very frequent question, yes, she is also my sister. How are you doing?

Very good. I'm glad you've cleared that up. A lot of comments on social media asking if I'm your wife.

She always freaks me out. So yeah, it's sister.

I always find that amazing because there's so much of Kat who is my actual wife on Instagram and Snapchat and social.

So I don't know how you could follow me and not know who was the wife and who was the sister. Maybe they think DJ superstar two wives wouldn't be out of the question.

It is allowed in some of the judge, unless I'm not knocking at.

I haven't yet tried it.

So we'll find out.

Well, anyway, look, the first most important question, where is my pizza that I've been promised?
