No, I've been watching the HBO remake from Team Downey on HBO Max.

It's actually the only thing I've watched that's new at all.

And it's just excellent.

And I'm actually kind of surprised you haven't seen any of it because it's a big mystery.

And I know you're kind of a mystery nut.

I have to say.

I think it's like right up your alley.

The early reviews were pretty mixed.

response. So, but now, it seems like it's extremely dark. Like, it is really grim at the start

to the point where my wife and I almost stopped watching it after the first episode because it was so dark.

Yeah, because my understanding is that he has some kind of PTSD from the war, the First World War.

Yeah, you know, it's not super like shell-shocky, I don't think.

It maybe just explains why he's kind of a fucked up loser at the beginning.
