For us who are falling in this chronic stress state, a lot of the guys you have on your

podcast, you know, we're always in this hyper-aroused state where eventually our adrenals stop.

Adrenal fatigue, I always give the analogy, is kind of like a diabetic, right? So you

produced so much cortisol, because you've been in this chronically stressed state. Eventually,

it actually starts to go low. Stage one, you get the cortisol spike, maybe it stays a little bit

elevated. Stage two, a chronically elevated stress state. So cortisol is really high. Stage three

are fatigued all the time. I'm wired all the time, I feel anxious, but I'm so tired. And I have

to rely on a cup of coffee, multiple cups of coffee, very flat, fatigued levels of energy.

And then there's even a stage four, which is complete like adrenal failure, but wired and tired
