And we've been working on this now for a couple of days,

because dude is

determined now to get back to his old self which looks like what it is time and

uh... my old self is just someone who's a little more active, a little more fit, and looks a little

bit thinner in pictures.

That's where it gets unforgiving right there, man.

It really does.

These damn iPhones. I know. Used to be a whole bunch better when it was just

the Polaroids very forgiving right so you just want to get back in good shape, and as far as your weight goes, you're

looking to take how much weight off?

So the goal is 15 pounds by the end of the year, which we kind of established is one of the

more aggressive but healthy goals that we could

have set.
