Let's start with our top story of the day. A very somber one. Yesterday, the NFL decided to appeal.

This is pension of Brown's quarterback to Sean Watson. The lead will reportedly be seeking a tougher penalty under the NFL's personal conduct policy after Monday's ruling.

Shannon, we've been waiting for this decision on a scale of one to ten. How surprised were you, the NFL decided to appeal?

I'm at a three-skill, so that shows that I'm surprised somewhat, but I'm not shocked. The NFL does not like to lose.

And what transpired is that what Judge Robinson and her conclusions, he said, the NFL does a lot of things based on public outcry.

Roger Goodell, the NFL heard what everybody around these shows were saying. They heard the public. They heard what was written in the paper.

They saw what was talked about on the TV shows and on the radio shows. You mean to tell me 24 women. They only brought out four. They only heard testimony from this many women.

And the judge even said that his actions were egregious and he only gets six games, six games, six games, six games.

And the commission's like, man, I got to do something about this. And that's what his reaction was. He's also upset-skilled.

Is that D'Shaun's agent, they crafted the contract where D'Shaun was only making $1 million.

So even if he had gotten suspended, so even because now it's going back, they want an indefinite suspension and they want to find on top of the suspension.

Normally they don't do. Normally they say, well, you're missing game checks, that's enough. But we believe D'Shaun that your actions were so-they like to use the worst-kill.
