You're about to be doing not so fabulously, Shannon Sharp, because I'm here to say that in a few minutes we will make a huge undisputed announcement involving a certain Dallas Cowboys presence on this show, this football season, much to the chagrin of Cowboy Hater, Shannon Sharp.

I'm sure you can't wait for this announcement, Mr. Sharp. Do I have to participate in this segment? Do I get to take it like a 10 minute reprieve, freshen up, pot of my nose, things like that?

You know what? I would grant you every Tuesday off through the football season. You can just take the whole day off and me and that certain Dallas Cowboy will just do the whole show together start to finish.

Deal, how about that? Deal, pick me. I choose me for that. Good. Okay, you got it.

Skip, I doubt you slept much last night. I think you, this is like Christmas morning for you. We're going to get to that announcement in just a moment. So stay tuned. But guys, first we got to talk a little KD off the top.

He's going to be returning to the nets after a summer full of reported trade requests, ultimatums, given to the net's organization so much drama, Ryan Windwars reporting that no one really knew what KD was thinking over the summer.

And the nets never even fully understood why he wanted to be traded to begin with Shannon scale of one to 10. How much is this damaged Kevin Durant's legacy?

I think it hurts a lot. And skip, the one thing I've been crystal clear on is because of come KD's unpredictability.

Team were going to be unwilling to blow up their young roster. Heritia on June 30th, he requested a trade. Here we are on all the 20 second. He said, no, I'm good. We'll make it work.

So let me get this, so let me get this trace gift on all this 30. I mean June 30th, you demand a trade then about a month and a half a month, a little over a month later, you demand that the head coach and the general manager get fired.

Or that was one of the conditions that you were willing to stay. And now here we are week after you said either them or me, you like, okay, let's make it work.

And is that with that unpredictability? Let's just say for the sake of argument. And we're doing this for the sake of argument skip. They trade Jason Tatum. They trade a Jay Lembrough, the Boston Celtic dude to Brooklyn net for Kevin Durant.

And he changes his mind after one year. Now what? Or you go to Sacramento and you get a subonus or you get a deer in boxing, you go to any team and you get their 1st and 2nd best player.

And then after a year Kevin Durant is unhappy, Kevin Durant is unpredictable because as I said it before, he was in Golden State when in championship after championship, finals MVP after finals MVP. And he wasn't happy.

If he wasn't happy with winning, where in the else hell else can he go and be happy? So guess what? He tracks, he tracks down to Brooklyn on a team that he helped assemble.

The head coach and when it didn't go the way he thought it would, he was willing to bail. This is a horrible look for him, skip. Although it did not, excuse me, it would have been a worst look had he been able to get followed through and get traded.

It would have been an all-time worst look, but this was a bad look because it tells you about Kevin Durant when things don't go his way or he's not winning to the clip that he thinks he's looking to make a move.

And so, skip, this was on my scale, this was a nine for me. This was an all, this is a bad look. And this is going to, he's going to have to wear this one. Now he can get on there and I don't think we're going to talk about it and go back and forth with Pat Bav and go back and forth with this one.

But it makes him look bad. It makes him look unhappy, it makes him look unpredictable, it makes him look uncertain because his win horse is reporting. They didn't even know why he wanted to be traded.

Hell, Kevin Durant didn't know why he wanted to be traded. He woke up one morning and says, I won't out. And then he woke up a month and a half, almost two months later, says, now I'm good, we can make it work.
