0:39.8	So we're, I'm obsessica, as they say. We're deep diving into another one of our projects from
0:44.9	ALID. That's the design firm side of our business where we're doing full remodels and full
0:49.9	builds. And so we're focusing in on the remodels because there's so many things to learn. And I know
0:55.7	you guys are in the middle of projects and we want to show you some of the things that we
0:59.9	figured out along the process because it's kind of remodels are a little bit build it while
1:04.7	you fly it. You know what I mean? It's a design build. It is a design build. Yeah. And this house

1:12.0	remodel project on the portfolio. And it is near and dear to Sue and I. It's actually one of our
1:17.5	dearest girlfriends, homes. And she had been single, her whole professional life into her early 40s.

1:31.7	my head and it's like, don't swear to. Yeah. Anyway, she's that. Yeah. She's that. Yeah. She's high praise.
1:37.0	We love her so much. And we get a phone call from her back in 2018. Yeah. And she's like,
1:45.7	where were you guys actually? I'm getting married.
1:46.8	We were actually at a matinee, which is like our favorite thing, right?
1:51.1	Just never at a matinee with our design team, like as a reward goal for like hit in a number or something.
1:56.1	And it was like the very, the credits.
1:58.7	And we get a text from our girlfriend.
