Jeff, that's Tom, and I'll tell you,

fired up for a little Warchank Game Day.

It's been a minute since Florida State provided the nervous energy that we all get

on a meaningful game day where there are stakes at hand

and the opportunity to prove something but lose something is all there

with a team that might be able to do something about it.

The Knowles on the road tonight against Virginia in Charlottesville.

And for those of you of a certain age like myself, you remember the horror of being in the top

10 and facing Virginia on the road in Charlottesville on a Thursday night in 1995.

Many moons later, and Florida State has something on the line again, and another

odd day to play a game, this one on a Friday, but that's what they'll do tonight.

Virginia's got quite the offense.

So is Florida State's defense ready?

Put the clamps on a very dangerous quarterback and bully Virginia on the ground themselves.

We shall see. Tommy, I think that's where we should

begin. And I believe that honestly, that's the path to victory for Florida State tonight.

You go back and watch the NC State game. I know you've watched most of Virginia's games.

I've seen halves of each of Virginia games. I couldn't be bothered to watch the whole games.

But I saw what I needed to see.
