I'm excited to talk with you today because we got to watch practice together and I've

been waiting a long time to get down here to see Florida State hit the practice

fields. How's it going this evening first of all and you

know your thoughts on the weekend where you get a bit of a breather away from the

program and you get to see come back reinvigorated on a Monday morning.

Yeah I was glad to have you back.

We got your trench observations back up on the site.

People will be excited about that.

We've tried to do a little bit here or there,

but I don't think anybody does it quite like you, Tom.

So I think the FSU war chance

will be happy to have you back and yeah no it was good practice I thought you

know again you know the defense continues to set the tone but you know I thought was a good

practice overall and continued you know I thought Mike Norvall seemed to be in a great mood

after the scrimmage on Saturday and I think I think he's pretty happy with where this team is you know there's still a little

less than two weeks before the season opener but I feel like they seems like they have a

pretty good feel for where they're at and we'll get Iris thoughts here in just a

minute on where Florida State is at it.
