I think I'd use the term bonkers with you about two weeks ago when we were maybe three weeks ago

and we were talking about what it might be and it proved to be bonkers. But you know, that's just part of the

windows relatively as close to each other as they are.

Do you like that or dislike that? Do you think it's set up right or should be adjusted?

Do you think the system in place currently where you have December, which seem to be used to

restock position rooms in most cases? An April, which seems to be a time where you would maybe grab a guy that

is impactful, but not as many, you know, it's roster retention. I don't know. What, give me your thoughts

on this. I guess from a calendar standpoint, it makes sense in the fact that you can, you know,

leave at the end of the year and then you can go through spring and try to get a better feel for

where you are on a, you know, particular pecking order or what your future looks like with a program.
