but you know they told me at that time you can't do that on the air Jeff you

can't actually take bets because I was just willy nilly taken bets Tom is

that right you legitimately like phone calls yeah they would call in and we

take and then it was sort of just a wink wink not not understood that if I

knew you we were actually placing a real bet but I was told that that illegal and

that I couldn't do it and that I was in violation of FCC rules so at that

point we had to put the kibosh on that it's probably more than FCC rules given
